Welcome to student teaching the culmination of your teacher preparation program of study! The final bridge between educational theory and professional practice, student teaching provides the opportunity to reinforce the knowledge and skills necessary to begin your career as a professional educator, and within the context of student teaching, you will accomplish the final transition from preparation to practice. To be successful in this transition, you must demonstrate knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
