Our Legacy

The Preparatory Enrollment Program celebrates a rich history of over 40 years at Rhode Island College of supporting first generation students through their path to graduation.  We are a student-centered program characterized by an environment of diversity, collaboration, and community.  The program is guided by our appreciation and value for the diverse experiences, viewpoints, and backgrounds of students.

Vision

In alignment with the mission of Rhode Island College, the Preparatory Enrollment Program provides educational access and opportunity to underrepresented populations of Rhode Island College.  Our goal is to graduate a diverse group of students prepared for success and leadership in the professional realm.
