From the President

Welcome to members and visitors alike. We hope these pages will give you a good sense of who we are and how we support the College.

The Professional Staff Association at Rhode Island College is the bargaining unit for approximately 145 employees in a variety of administrative, non-teaching faculty, and technical staff positions at the College.

Some examples of the many ways our employees serve the College are: conducting student recruitment; offering student financial assistance; providing food and housing for our students; offering counseling and advising services; implementing and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networking services; enhancing campus life and campus buildings and grounds; and providing a host of other services.

The PSA @ RIC is Local 3302 of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), affiliated with the AFLCIO.
