All bids will be posted on the State of Rhode Island website. A letter will be mailed notifying your company that a bid has been posted.

Bid Opportunities

Please follow the instructions below to obtain an Invitation to Bid from the State of Rhode Island Division of Purchases' website.

• Go to www.purchasing.ri.gov
• Select Vendor Information from the menu.
• Select BID/GRANT Opporunities.
• Select External Postings (Quasi-Public).
• You will then receive an External Lookup Search page and select Rhode Island College.

All Quasi-Public bids for Rhode Island College will be posted with all pertinent information. Select the Bid# to retrieve the Invitation to Bid. Print and submit to the Rhode Island College - Purchasing Department per bid instructions.
