Mapping the Americas Recipe Contest
Calling all kids, families, teachers, schools!
You are invited to submit recipes from the Americas.
What are “the Americas”?
Any country in North or South America – that’s 35 nations and many territories and dependencies!!
Prizes will be awarded for the best recipe in the following categories:
Canada
USA
Mexico
Central America
Caribbean
South America
And a special prize for Greenland!
Rules:
Recipes need to be authentic and easy to make. Test your recipe and serve it to your class or family or friends. Include comments from those who have tasted your recipe.
Tell us the following about your recipe: its country/territory of origin, the source for your recipe and the category you are entering. If it is a family recipe share how it became a family favorite.
Include a photograph of the prepared recipe – any other photographs or creative embellishments are welcome!
Please include: name, email and phone number of a contact person and for school entries, name of school and class and grade if submitted by an individual class.
