Judith Saccardo

Dr. Saccardo holds an Ed.D. from Boston University, an M.Ed. from Bridgewater State College, and a B.A. from Boston University. As Director of RITAP, her role is to provide leadership and direction to Rhode Island's statewide resource center to facilitate its goal of sharing knowledge from research, policy and best practice for the purpose of increasing the capacity of educators, practitioners and parents to improve results and enhance life-long outcomes for all children including those with disabilities. She comes to RITAP with over twenty-five years of successful teaching and administrative experience in the public and private school sectors as well as in the university arena. Bill Eyman

Mr. Eyman holds an M.A. from Syracuse University and a B.A. from Ohio University. He has been a teacher, counselor, program coordinator and professional development consultant and currently serves as a behavior support and social/emotional learning specialist. David Kane
Legal Affairs Coordinator

Mr. Kane holds a J.D. from New England School of Law and a B.A. from Boston College. His current assignments include Due Process and Alternate Dispute Coordination for RIDE including, special education complaint, mediation and due process hearings, oversight of the State's Educational Surrogate Parent Program, and technical assistance to schools, districts, and families. Denise Achin
Medicaid Specialist

Ms. Achin holds an M.Ed. in Elementary Education from Bridgewater State College and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her current assignments are providing training and technical assistance to school staff, parents, and RIDE staff on Medicaid and Medicaid related issues. She also works with the Department of Human Services on policy issues and represents the Department of Education on the CEDARR Interdepartmental Team at DHS. Diane LaMontagne

Carolyn Dickey

Julie Pascoe
Traumatic Brain Injury Resource Center Consultant

Mrs. Pascoe holds an M.Ed. from Rhode Island College and also holds a B.S. from Rhode Island College. She works as a consultant to the Traumatic Brain Injury Resource Program assisting survivors of brain injury, their families, and associated school personnel with educational planning. Sue Constable
Autism Spectrum Disorders Coordinator

Ms. Constable holds an M.A. in Counseling from Framingham State College and a B.A. from Wheelock College. Sue taught young children with Autism Spectrum Disorders for 10 years at ACCEPT Collaborative in Framingham, MA. She most recently served as Program Director for the Rhode Island Autism Project. As Coordinator of the ASD Support Center, Sue offers trainings and workshops on ASD to staff in schools across the state.
