Rhode Island Writing Project

Spring is a time for new beginnings, and this spring brings an especially new beginning to the Rhode Island Writing Project. Our director, Marjorie Roemer, will retire in May, and our new Director, Beverly Paesano, will step in to continue the incredible work Marjorie began 13 years ago. Please see our latest Newsletter to see how Marjorie was honored at our recent Spring Conference.

Looking ahead to summer, we will once again offer the Summer Invitational Institute, as well as two additional institutes for teachers, The Literature Institute and Planning for Change. Our Young Writers Camp is also offered for children in grades K to 12.
