Exhibitor Packet
Exhibitors will receive:
Fee: Exhibit fees include a 6 ft. display table, lunch and conference registration for one person. The fee for each additional person per exhibit is $50. Fee does not include Audio/Visual equipment. Arrangement may be made through the Crowne Plaza for equipment at your expense.
To be in conference promotional materials, sponsorship information must be received by February 2, 2007.
EXHIBIT TYPES
Employer Exhibit: 10am-2pm
Promote your company’s commitment to disability/diversity. Share information about your company, occupations, hiring practices, employment opportunities. Employer fee is $200 (includes lunch and conference registration for one person).
Vending Exhibit: Promote and/or selling books, newsletters, software, consulting services, employment training programs or other products/services.
Poster Session:Display or disseminate information and/or materials on table tops that reflect a theme of the conference. The focus is educational and the purpose is to share information on innovative practices and strategies related to employment of people with disabilities. Poster session fee of $50 includes lunch and conference registration for one person.
