How to submit the end of semester evaluation form - NEW!

The field instructor's evaluation of the student's learning in field is to be submitted electronically, using the School of Social Work's on-line process (created by a company called Metryx specifically for this purpose).  As of summer 2014, before the field placement begins, the student must pay a small fee to Metryx, to cover the costs of operating the system; students who do not pay the fee will not be able to get a grade for field.  Each field instructor will be e-mailed a username and password to access the Metryx system.  When it's time to submit the end of semester evaluation, the field instructor clicks on the link,, and then follows the prompts.  Field instructors and students with questions about this process should contact their School of Social Work faculty liaison for guidance.
