Rhode Island Social Work Licensing Requirements

Social workers who are licensed and who practice in Rhode Island are required to complete 30 continuing education hours every two years. At least 3 hours must be in the area of cross-cultural practice to include the alleviation of oppression. In addition, at least 3 continuing education hours must be in the area of professional ethics. Several of our offerings meet these requirements.
