Cap and Gown Awards Announced

The annual Cap & Gown Awards to graduating seniors were made May 2, 2007. Among those given awards were:

Outstanding Student in Accounting

Mercy K Kimanthi

Outstanding Student in Computer Information Systems

Kirk D. Kaszyk

John Silva Memorial Scholastic Award in Management

Kayla Ruggieri

Outstanding Student in Marketing

Gina M. Mattera

Wall Street Journal Award in Economics and Finance

Brad Simonds

Each of the above awards carries a cash prize. In addition, the Wall Street Journal Award includes a one year subscription to the WSJ. In addition to the School of Management senior awards, the John E. Hetherman Award in Intercollegiate Athletics went to Kinsey Durgin, Jr., a marketing student.
