Strategic Planning
2010-2015

The Strategic Planning Committee has been meeting twice weekly during summer session to do preliminary planning work, including gathering information from both internal and external sources.

Since strategic planning is closely tied to the mission, we have focused many of our meetings on examining the implications of the College mission for our community.

We continue to welcome your ideas and suggestions at strategicplan@ric.edu.  The summary of ideas document on the left of the page reflects the ideas and suggestions received through September 8, 2009.

Open Meetings for Strategic Plan

RIC Strategic Plan 2010-2015 Draft

There will be three meetings for members of the RIC community to discuss the attached draft of the strategic plan for 2010-15 (which will also be available on the website). Please plan to come to one or all of the meetings to discuss the draft, share your ideas, and help the Strategic Planning Committee to move toward a final version:

Friday, September 18, 9am-11am, ALGER 110
Monday, September 21, 4:30pm-6:30pm, ALGER 110
Thursday, September 24, noon-2pm, FACULTY CTR/SOUTH DINING ROOM
