Policies Prohibiting Sexual Harassment (Including Sexual Misconduct and Relationship Violence)
It is the policy of Rhode Island College to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, including sexual assault and other forms of sexual harassment, in any education program or activity pursuant to Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. Accordingly, all faculty, staff, student, volunteers, visitors and those individuals who perform work on behalf of the College must be aware of the following policies:
All students of the College are required to comply with the Sexual Misconduct and Relationship Violence Policy For Complaints Against Students.
