CARD ACCESS

1. Your card should be pre-programmed for classroom access. (If you have difficulty entering a room controlled by Campus Card, please report your problem to the USS Helpdesk at Ext 8803 or the Campus Card Office.)
2. To open a card access room, slide your card through the swipe card mechanism located to the left of the door.
   1. When you swipe your RICard through the swipe card mechanism, your picture should be facing on the left side and in the upper left corner of your card.
   2. Once you have swiped your card, the swipe card mechanism light will change from red to green.
   3. After the door has been opened, the green light will change back to a red light in about 2 seconds.
3.  When you're done with your class, just close the door. (As long as the swipe card mechanism is displaying the red light, the room is secured.)
