To see the equipment available in a particular electronic classroom or lab then click the Password Required link. Use the same password you use to log into the instructor machines when using the faculty account. If you don't know the password, please email ittraining@ric.edu.

User Support Services offers workshops and one-on-one training sessions on specific software and hardware. If you're looking for software training on supported applications such as Microsoft or hardware training on College-owned computer equipment, please contact Scott Badger at sbadger@ric.edu or call HelpDesk at 8803.

Web Hosting

Most faculty are using WebCT and have no reason to request hosting space on the RIC servers. If you are not on WebCT or have a specific need for space, you can request a folder by contacting Karen Rubino at 8849. Your folder name will typically be the same as your campus email name.
