User Support Services will be offering a workshop on using the Extron panel
in Craig-Lee 102 & 202. The "Selecting Source at the Instructor Station to Send
over to the Projector and/or TV Monitor" PDF file contains the step-by-step
instructions on how to select a source at the instructor station and send that
source over to the projector and/or TV monitor(s) in the room.
The Extron panels at the student tables are not currently working at the moment. We are in the process in addressing the cabling issue. For now, you can allow students to send their computer image up to one of the TV monitors by using one of the ShareLinks. Once we have the Extron panels working at each of the student tables, I will email you step-by-step instructions to show your students how to send their computers wirelessly up to the TV monitor by using the Extron panel.
