How to Use the Equipment in the Renovated Craig-Lee 102 and 202 Rooms

Friday, August 16th 10:00 - 11:00PM in CL 102

User Support Services will be offering a workshop on using the Extron panel in Craig-Lee 102 & 202. The "Selecting Source at the Instructor Station to Send over to the Projector and/or TV Monitor" PDF file contains the step-by-step instructions on how to select a source at the instructor station and send that source over to the projector and/or TV monitor(s) in the room.

The Extron panels at the student tables are not currently working at the moment. We are in the process in addressing the cabling issue. For now, you can allow students to send their computer image up to one of the TV monitors by using one of the ShareLinks. Once we have the Extron panels working at each of the student tables, I will email you step-by-step instructions to show your students how to send their computers wirelessly up to the TV monitor by using the Extron panel.

If you are interested in attending this workshop, please email ittraining@ric.edu. If you can't attend this workshop, but you need some training on how to use equipment in either Craig-Lee 102 or 202 room, please contact the HelpDesk at 456-8803 or helpdesk@ric.edu and request a one-on-one.
