Educational Advocates Program
The Educational Advocate Program is responsible for making educational
decisions for children with disabilities who are in the care of the state,
and whose parents are unable to act on their behalf. The education advocate
ensures a child receives an education that meets the special needs of the child
in the least restrictive environment.
