Walk In Labs

Our walk in labs are used by faculty, staff and students. If you don't have access to a computer, please use the computers in the walk in labs. If you own a laptop with wireless networking, the Technology Center at Horace Mann is equipped with wireless access. You may also connect your laptop to the network with your CAT 5 Ethernet cable. Network drops are located at the round tables near the entrance to the HMTC. The Tech Center does not supply Ethernet cables so please bring a cable if you would like to connect your laptop to the network.

Lab Reservations

With the exception of the School of Social Work Computer lab, all classroom computer labs on campus are scheduled on a semester basis by the Scheduling Office (456-8203). The Scheduling Office maintains the schedule of the computer labs until the release of the College Bulletin. After publishing the schedule of classes for a new semester in the Bulletin, the Scheduling Office transfers the task of scheduling computer labs for the new semester to User Support Services (456-8803). The School of Social Work maintains the schedule for its computer lab.
