Faculty Staff Account Information

All Rhode Island College full time faculty, adjunct faculty, staff, and others so designated by the College administration are eligible for a network and email account. The Computer Center staff automatically generates accounts for full-time employees. Adjunct faculty, emeritus faculty, temporary employees and full-time faculty and staff who require immediate account processing must apply for a network/email account . To apply for an account, please fill in the attached form, obtain the necessary signatures and deliver the completed form to the Help Desk at the Horace Mann Technology Center. Generally, a full-time member of the Network and User Services staff is on duty at the Help Desk Monday through Friday during normal business hours (8:30am-4:30pm) to serve your account needs. We will attempt to process all new accounts within five working days. Those individuals who have special needs and are physically unable to visit the Help Desk may request an appointment with Pat Hays or Jerry Russo by calling x 8803.
