Try a different web browser
Sometimes, when trying to log on to WebCT, the Internet Explorer browser can cause problems and prevent you from logging in. There are some browsers which are supported for WebCT that haven't been known to cause such problems. Use the links below to install and use these browsers. If you are using dial up, be aware of a download time that could take up to 2 hours.

Navigator 7.0 (download v7.1)
Mozilla
Firefox
(is not supported for WebCT but seems to work well)

Proceed to WebCT, and attempt to Log In.
