WebCT Training: Training sessions will be available before and during the semester for new and experienced users of WebCT. To inquire about upcoming training, please email ittraining@ric.edu. These sessions will also be posted on the ITT Training page and announced on the RICalendar.
WebCT Walk-In Sessions: Walk-in sessions will be available especially during the beginning of the semester where staff can help faculty on a walk-in basis. To inquire about upcoming walk-in sessions, please email ittraining@ric.edu. These sessions will also be posted on the ITT Training page and announced on the RICalendar.
Chairside Assistance: Chairside assistance (one-on-one sessions with ITT help) is available for faculty members in WebCT. Please email ittraining@ric.edu. Please include your name and extension, the type of assistance you require, and someone will contact you to set-up an appointment.
