Please join the Unity Center as we host the Katie Brown Educational Program to lead us in a supporting and understanding LGBTQ+ students workshop.

Basics/Baseline is a workshop that aims to provide a better understanding of the LGBTQ+ community. This includes information about the differences between sex, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation. In this workshop, participants will discuss the ways that stereotypes negatively impact the ways people perceive other identities.

Allyship is a workshop that provides participants seeking Allyship strategies both with the broad objectives of LGBTQ+ Allyship and a series of practical and actionable steps to a more active and effective Ally role.
