Lori's background in business and education brings a unique perspective to the field of human services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Adult Education. As a training consultant, Lori provides curriculum and instructional design consultation, and training of trainers workshops to support policy and practice initiatives. She possesses expertise in and serves as a facilitator for meetings, training, and strategic planning retreats. Lori background as a trainer is rich and varied. She has trained extensively in the areas of supervision and support; technology training on the Rhode Island Child Welfare Information System (RICHIST); professional development planning to support retention; e-learning solutions to support traditional training programs; and training system assessment and planning.
