The areas of responsibility of Capital Projects include campus master planning, coordination of a five-year capital improvement program, and assisting in the planning, design, and supervision of construction for all new and existing facilities.

Horace Mann Hall Renovation
View live progress photographs of the complete renovation of Horace Mann Hall – the future home of the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development. The existing three-story tower will be renovated to include six (6) new classrooms and three (3) new seminar rooms. A new three-story addition will be constructed for offices for faculty and staff, and will also include student collaboration spaces.
