The Department of Art provides a dynamic environment for learning. Students and faculty maintain high standards in a competitive yet supportive community.

Undergraduate programs consist of: the B.A. in studio art, the B.F.A. in studio art, the B.A. in art history, the B.S. in art education, Minor in Art History, and Minor in Studio Art. All art majors begin their course of study by completing the foundations program – a comprehensive series of courses in drawing and design. The foundations program is essential to the understanding of basic concepts that you will need in your study of art.
