Transcripts

The Records Office is excited to offer Electronic Transcript Service to our students and alumni through the National Clearinghouse. There is no fee to have your transcripts mailed or picked-up; however, students will pay an additional fee of $2.50 directly to the National Clearinghouse for e-transcripts only.

The Records Office will issue official transcripts of a student's academic record, including courses, grades, GPA and degree(s) upon request from the student.  Students may request a transcript to be released to a third party or for self.  Processing times is typically 2 days.  Peak times may take additional time to process transcripts.  We do not offer expedited services to mail transcripts. The option for e-transcripts is also available for some students.

How to request a transcript:

Current Students

  • Login to your MyRIC account to request official transcripts to be mailed or picked-up.

Transcript Requests: MyRIC and Online Ordering

Include the complete mailing address to which the transcripts will be sent. Official transcripts will be sealed.  When requesting a transcript for another institution, it is best to send the transcript directly.  Your transcript may not be accepted if opened.

There is a maximum of 10 copies per request.

Keep in mind that unofficial transcripts are meant only for personal or advising purposes and may contain some "advising" information that will not appear on your official transcript.

In addition, unlike an official transcript, they do not contain the College seal or official signature and will not be accepted by other institutions or employers as proof of enrollment or graduation.
