The 2023 Rhode Island College LatinX Summit: Reconnect, Discover, Build: What’s Your Story? provides an opportunity for individuals from all cultures to come together and learn about social issues and systems facing the LatinX community, exploring issues of identity, raising mental health awareness, and fostering leadership skills through community and civic engagement.

We are excited to feature various presenters, including: keynote speaker Jennifer Gaviria (MSW, LISCW), Co-Founder of the Latino Mental Health Network of RI; keynote speaker Dr. Pablo Rodriguez, Founder and CEO of Nuestra Salud Productions; representatives from Rhode Island Latino Arts, Progreso Latino, and Latino Policy Institute; state politicians, and more. The Summit culminates in an all-Spanish comedy show by Colombian comedian Saulo García at 7pm, which is free and open to the public.
