Mindfulness for Student Leadership

Leadership not only requires concrete action orientation but is also enhanced by developing internal groundedness and perspective. This 5-week mindfulness series, intended for current and aspiring leaders, will guide participants through a variety of topics and exercises each week -- to learn and practice and discover how the benefits can influence your effectiveness and how you interact with. This program is open to all.
