Career Development Center

The Career Development Center serves as a bridge between the college and the world of work. CDC counselors partner with students as they enter, transition through, and graduate from RIC, helping them: choose a major, make career decisions, access internship and job opportunities, develop job search skills and strategies, and apply to graduate school.

You can meet one-on-one with Center staff for career counseling, a discussion of volunteer and internship opportunities or for assistance with the important process of resume and cover letter preparation. Take advantage of an objective eye that will help you to assess your accomplishments and to reflect them in the most effective way.

It is never too early to begin planning for your future. Let the Career Development Center partner with you as you create your strategy for success.
