User Support Services (USS) is responsible for all end user client devices, training, the college LMS (Blackboard), academic computing including walk-in labs and instructional classrooms, and the college Helpdesk.

User Support Services (USS) is responsible for supporting all end-user client devices, technology training, supporting Blackboard, the college's learning management system (LMS), maintaining academic computing facilities including walk-in labs and instructional classrooms, and the college Help Center.
To report problems with classroom and desktop equipment, telephones, Internet connectivity, etc., or to ask questions about technology on campus, call the Help Center at 401-456-8803 or email helpdesk@ric.edu.
The ITS Help Center is a single point of contact for information and assistance with classroom, desktop, network and telephone technologies.
The Center for Instructional Technology (CIT) team's mission is to promote excellence in teaching across all curricula at Rhode Island College by combining technology and instructional design best practices to assist faculty in realizing their teaching and learning goals.
Audiovisual is a function of the Help Center that provides instructional support service with a full range of instructional media and related services for faculty, staff, and students.
