How can I access the EAP?

You can reach the EAP 24 hours a day, seven days a week by phone or online:

  • Substance use concerns
  • Phone: Call the BCBSRI CARE Team at 866-987-3705 or 401-429-2104, and select the EAP option to reach a Beacon Employee Workplace Counsellor
