My name is Antonio Rocha and I am thrilled to be the Student Support Services (SSS) STEM Advisor at Rhode Island College. I pursued a bachelor's degree in Psychology at Husson University in Bangor, ME where I was a student-athlete. After undergrad, I went on to earn a Master's degree in Athletic Counseling from Springfield College. The reason I chose to work as an advisor in the SSS program is based on my own experiences growing up. As a first-generation, low-income college graduate from Providence, I have a strong passion for helping students from Rhode Island, who look like me, believe in themselves, and achieve their full potential. If you ever need any support or guidance as you navigate your academic journey, please don't hesitate to email. I'm here to lend a helping hand and cheer you on every step of the way through college. Let's make the most of your time here at Rhode Island College!
