I am a first-generation student pursuing a master's degree in social work to advocate for economic justice and provide mental health services to minorities. My experience includes working with adolescents struggling with behavioral issues, helping them recognize their strengths, and assisting low-income minorities in applying to public assistance programs. After completing my master's degree, I intend to work with organizations that provide family-centered services.
