All RIC employees are invited to attend RIC’s inaugural Community Development Day - an opportunity to gather and learn from other colleagues, to foster an inclusive community, and to focus on our amazing students! Our schedule features invited guests and the expertise of our own RIC faculty and staff. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Some of the most important issues we all face-such as social justice, racism, institutional equity-may seem impossible to talk productively about across ideological and personal divides. Yet we must find ways to have those talks if we are to progress as a society, and a college is the ideal place to learn how to do so.
