If you have a bachelor’s degree and already speak French, Portuguese or Spanish, you will emerge from our program prepared to teach students to become multilingual, multi-literate and ready for full participation in the world.

Who Should Earn a World Languages Education MAT

  • Individuals with a degree in French, Portuguese or Spanish language/literature who wish to pursue teacher certification
  • Working professionals with a liberal arts background who speak French, Portuguese or Spanish and wish to pursue teacher certification
