The Department of Elementary Education places emphasis on translating research and theory into classroom practice through extensive field placements
Our Resources
For graduate students who are certified teachers, the department provides subject matter and pedagogical knowledge that will permit high levels of performance within school settings. The department also provides a way for academically competent and highly motivated college graduates who have a liberal arts background to enter the field of education.
