User Support Services (USS) is responsible for all end user client devices, training, the college LMS (Blackboard), academic computing including walk-in labs and instructional classrooms, and the college Helpdesk.

The Help Center is a single point of contact for information and assistance with classroom, desktop, network and telephone technologies. The Help Center also provides audiovisual service and support for the campus. To report problems with classroom and desktop equipment, telephones, Internet connectivity, etc., or to ask questions about technology on campus, call the Help Center at 456-8803 (on campus, Ext 8803) or email firstname.lastname@example.org
